Form for Interaction
For this project, we were asked to create a form that spoke to a specific interaction that involved a rubber band. This final model explores the pure forms without actually being able to work.
Working Model for Interactive Forms
This model was also part of the interactive forms project. Using a rubber band, this model works with two identical pieces sliding past on another. This interaction of sliding pieces is what provoked the final form (above).
For a class titled "how things work" we did a project where we were asked to take apart a hairdryer and make a booklet explaining how the device works. Our booklet provided explanation of different parts of the hairdryer through hand drawn diagrams in addition to wiring diagrams, and photos.
